Transactions can sometimes take a moment to synchronize. Try using a simple command like /balance to force a refresh. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, please open a support ticket.

Check if the bot has the correct permissions to assign roles in your server. The bot's role must be higher than the rank role it's trying to assign. If the setup is correct but the role is missing, open a ticket.

Cooldowns are tied to your Discord ID globally. If you believe this is an error, please wait for the timer to expire once. If it resets improperly again, open a ticket with a screenshot of the error.
