Official MEMP rewards
The live Patreon post lists the current reward details. Offers can include Feather and Silver Feather packages, character role bundles, custom server roles, limited packs, and staff-reviewed custom requests.
Claim checklist
Keep the claim pieces ready.Patreon support is voluntary and every purchase should be made by choice, not pressure. Rewards can be one-time or recurring depending on the active tier, and the live Patreon listing is always the source of truth for what is currently included. After buying, open a server ticket with the reward name and a clear purchase proof screenshot so staff can review the claim. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.
Currency packs
Paid currency packs for economy goals, collections, and Kwami progress. Feathers are the standard economy currency used in the shop and most commands. Silver Feathers are the premium currency required for higher-tier Kwami activities. Package amounts are shown on the active Patreon post.
Role bundles
Paid character bundle offers for members building a themed identity or collection. Current and future character-role listings may differ, so always choose the Patreon post that matches what you want.
Cosmetic identity
A paid custom role made for your server identity. Role name, color, and icon can be requested as long as the final result follows Discord and Miraculous Empire rules.
Staff reviewed
A paid request path for special MEMP ideas. Custom requests are reviewed before fulfillment, and the final scope depends on the Patreon listing, staff approval, and server rules.
Open Patreon, check the current title, price, included items, and any limits before buying.
Buy the reward on Patreon and keep your confirmation screenshot or paid post access visible.
Send the reward name and your proof screenshot via the Support page ticket flow.
Staff reviews the claim and delivers approved rewards once the details are confirmed.

Wait for the cooldown shown by the bot. If the timer looks wrong or does not update correctly, include the cooldown message and a screenshot in your ticket.
Run the related command again first. If the result still looks wrong, open a ticket with the command, what happened, what you expected, and any screenshots you have.

Stored Data
MEMP may store Discord user IDs, economy progress, levels, Kwami progress, cooldowns, reward history, and command-related data needed for bot features.
Not Collected
MEMP never asks for passwords, payment card details, bank information, login codes, private tokens, or personal identity documents.
Patreon Purchases
Patreon purchases are voluntary. Staff may verify reward claims using limited proof, such as your Patreon username, package, membership status, or a cropped purchase screenshot. Refunds may be reviewed case by case, but are not guaranteed after rewards, roles, currency, or other benefits are delivered.
Data Usage
Data is used to save progress, manage cooldowns, prevent abuse, process rewards, and keep commands working correctly inside Miraculous Empire.
Fair Use
MEMP data and rewards may be reviewed if abuse, fraud, exploit use, fake claims, or suspicious activity is detected. Rewards may be withheld or removed when necessary.

MEMP, including its name, branding, systems, commands, economy, rewards, documentation, website content, visuals, and custom implementation, is owned by Empyreal and made exclusively for Miraculous Empire. Copying, recreating, redistributing, reselling, or using any part of MEMP without written permission is strictly prohibited.
