Virtual Assets & Economy No Cash Value

Virtual currencies, including but not limited to Feathers and Silver Feathers, as well as in-game items and Kwami data, hold no real-world monetary value and constitute purely fictional, non-transferable digital assets. MEMP reserves the full right to wipe, alter, or modify virtual balances at their sole discretion to maintain the bot's economy.

Fair Play & Exploits Zero Tolerance

The use of automated scripts, macros, exploits, or deliberate abuse of systemic bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. MEMP reserves the right to enact immediate, unappealable permanent bans and data wipes for any account found in violation of this clause without prior warning.

Contributions & Perks Voluntary Support

All financial contributions made via any platforms are entirely voluntary. Upon the delivery of digital perks, benefits, or virtual goods, all transactions are considered final and non-refundable. Financial support does not exempt users from standard moderation policies or terms of service.

Administration Rights Enforcement

MEMP reserves the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the MEMP bot and related services for any user violating these terms or community guidelines, at their sole discretion and without prior notice.

Data Privacy & Storage Data Usage

To facilitate core functionality, MEMP Bot processes and stores necessary Discord user and server data. Use of the service constitutes explicit consent to this data processing. Users may invoke their right to data deletion by removing the bot from their server.

Service Availability Uptime & Access

Services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MEMP accepts no liability for data loss, service interruptions, or the deprecation of features, and reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any given time.

Liability Limitation Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEMP shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot or its features. You agree to use the services entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms Updates

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion and at any time. Continued access or use of the MEMP bot following any such modifications shall constitute your binding legal acceptance of the revised Terms.

All original code, artwork, unique mechanics, and branding associated with MEMP Bot remain the exclusive intellectual property of MEMP. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our assets is strictly prohibited.
